Crystal Cove is a small, 4-family building community with a total of 28 units on a 7.28-acre site. Your site has been preserved in as natural a state as possible. It backs up to the proposed Bellevue East River Trail and the East River.

The Cove is a secluded area with trees on 3 sides of the site. Evergreen trees are to be added for year-round color. Wildlife galore (22 deer seen at one time, 19 turkeys seen at one time, fox, squirrels, rabbits, many species of birds, ducks and geese). A nature lover's paradise.

Our gated entrance reduces traffic and increases security by giving residents the choice of whom to allow to visit. When you come to live with us, we will issue you a remote control. When you need to go through the gate from the outside coming in, you will press the button on the remote, opening the gate automatically. The gate will close after you. For your guests, there is an intercom system set up on a pedestal outside the gate connected directly to your unit. When a guest comes to visit you, they will call you through the intercom system. If it's somebody you want to allow in, just push a button and the gate will open for them. When exiting, an automatic sensing device will see your car coming and open the gate allowing you to leave, and closing automatically after you've exited.
